WHAT WE COVER

1.

We will uncover and identify what is happening in your mind and body currently and what you would like to see as your end result. Here, we will discuss the differences between your Sympathetic, "fight or flight", nervous system vs. Parasympathetic "rest and digest" mode. We will review how this impacts your emotional and physical health. 

2.

We will find the root cause of both your emotional pain and your physical discomforts. Uncovering the root cause of why we feel stuck or unable to move forward both mentally and/or physically is the first step to healing. 

3.

  • Here we will cover food myths and common misconceptions in the "health" world. I will help you to determine how to eat for YOUR individualized health and well-being.

  • How to heal and love yourself from within to break the typical myths about emotions. Remember, what other people think about you is none of your business.

4.

​We will work through a guided protocol to help identify food stressors, which foods may be causing issues and how to eliminate, heal and easily reintroduce. Additionally, work to identify your limiting beliefs, stories you are telling yourself and behaviors that are holding you back. 

5.

Buffering, bad habits and emotional eating. Understand where you do have control in your life and where you don't. Learn to take control of your thoughts and how they may be affecting what you are eating. 

6.

Wrap up week: Recap and set goals for moving forward along with steps on  how to incorporate them into your daily life. Learn the 8 principals for optimal health and wellness. Remember: find the root cause of any physical or emotional issue in order to survive and thrive!
